Lilian has a passion in helping people become the best version of themselves both physically and psychologically. Lilian utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as solution focused, CBT, and person-centered. She collaborates with each client to develop innovative techniques that tailors to their individual struggles and goals.
Lilian's expertise includes working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, sexual abuse, trauma, eating disorders, grief and loss and other mental health disorders. She offers couples counseling and provides techniques for bridging communication gaps and building effective communication skills with their partners.
In addition, Lilian counsels individuals coping with divorce and seeking the pathway towards healing and moving on after divorce. During her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
Lilian received a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and a Master’s in Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from Western Governors University. She also received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bowie State University. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree in counseling, she worked as a registered pharmacy technician for more than 13 years but her calling to the field of mental health was a call she could no longer ignore.
